Aquiares is one of Costa Rica's most historic coffee farms on the slopes of the Turrialba Volcano, nestled between the Aquiares and Turrialba Rivers. Established in 1890. Cultivated between 820-1,400 meters elevation. Centroamericano F1 hybrid variety. Anaerobic fermentation with no pulp removal, followed by pre-drying on ceramic floors and African raised beds.
